I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Very user friendly! It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy. I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

You can easily share documents and ask for signatures via messages or even share them via QR code What do you dislike about the product? A bit tedious when it comes to editing the document. you would have to edit it in a word format and then proceed again with converting it to PDF format.
