Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. Wish that the tools were better on the app. Very limited there.
Also that there was a square/box that could be drawn, not just the addition of a circle.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. It's awesome! Love the fact that I can make changes to PDF's! Love the ease of this application. I'm still wondering if I can transition information to Excel spdsheet.

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! Great improvement on traditional Adobe products.
Good experience. I would recommend this to other in lieu of mainstream products.
Simple, easy to use and operates seamlessly with other programs. It also maintains the appropriate information for future use in other forms.
At times, information is lost when downloading forms from websites or is not saved when transmitting via email.

Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.

How do I get a certified plot plan?
From the owner of the land, if you lease.
From the mortgage bank, or land company you purchased the land and/or building from.
