This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.

My experience has been quite positive for the most part. There were some features I was unable to use successfully, but overall I found the service to be very useful.

It can edit and sigh.We can use it as daily works.

It can not merge more than two pages. If we have 2 or more pages to merge, it failed.

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.

I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.

New to this software but appears to be want I needed...
New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.

How do you run a deed poll?
Once a Deed Poll is drafted, that is prepared, it needs to be executed. This simply means that the Deed Poll needs to be signed in the presence of a witness and dated. The witness also needs to sign and date the Deed Poll to confirm that you have signed the Deed Poll document in their presence.
What deed poll will Passport Office accept?
Yes, your deed poll will be accepted by HM Passport Office. However, note that your passport application will be rejected if: you are changing your child's name, and you have not supplied written consent from everyone with parental responsibility.
Will Passport Office accept unenrolled deed poll?
All government bodies, including HM Passport Office and DLA, will accept an ordinary (non-enrolled) deed poll, of the sort that we prepare.
Does DLA accept unenrolled deed poll?
However, the DLA, Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nat West, the Co-operative Bank, First Direct, HSBC, Accredit and, eventually, Nationwide, all confirmed they would accept a signed print-out of an unenrolled deed poll from Dan's site.
Do banks need an enrolled deed poll?
Your deed poll is valid — it's ridiculous that they won't accept your deed poll coupled with your new passport/driving license and old bank card. Deed polls can be drawn up yourself, but some places can require an enrolled deed poll. If they do, then you cannot use a deed poll created by yourself.
Can I fold my deed poll?
A: No, once you have executed (signed, dated and witnessed) your Deed Poll, you can start using it immediately to get your documents and records changed. You only need to send your Deed Poll back to us if you have ordered our Legal Copy and Archive Service.
Can I make my own deed poll?
Make your own deed poll. You need to be 16 or over to make your own deed poll. Some organizations may not accept a deed poll you've made yourself as proof of your new name. Ask the organization you're dealing with (for example your bank) if they need an 'enrolled' deed poll instead.
Is a deed poll free?
Sites should also make clear to viewers that “official” deed polls are available for free. Many online companies will print their deed polls to look like certificates using watermarked paper, embossed with an official-looking seal.
