With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I am a professional refuse collection engineer in every sense of the word and pdffiller helps a great deal and an online seminar "WEBINAR" to help learn the various different for preparing forms would be even better !

I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

What do you like best?
The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.
What do you dislike?
The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.

We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.

A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).

I subscribed to a trial period for the…
I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. This experience earned 5 stars because of Katrina's kind ear and quick action. Thanks to you, Katrina, and whoever trained you in customer service protocols.

I teach 3rd grade and most of the resources and district resources are in PDF or Doc Hub format. This does not allow my students to fill these kinds of worksheets out online. That was a problem until now. pdfFiller is saving me time and effort in preparing lessons for my students.

What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.

There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.

pdf Filler is surprisingly worth the investment. I don't have a PDF application on my computer, so having one online that I can easily use to view, fill, and send documents has been a huge help for work and personal use.
