I'm impressed with PDFfiller but I think there could be more options of background colours of the textbox, including different shades within each color.

What do you like best?
Easy to learn and easy to use. I use it for filling in permit application forms from the county agencies we need to apply for permits from. They are extremely frustrating in redundancy, asking for the same information over and over. PDFFiller makes it easy to fill out these forms.

Some of the buttons seem a little clunky but they are easy to use.

I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

site is very easy to navigate through and honestly it has all the tools I need, would reccomend, but I do feel it should be a little cheaper than $20 a month!

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to...
pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

What are deed stamps?
Each time a property is sold or ownership is transferred, a deed is signed to complete the transaction. Although each state governs its own rules regarding the tax, some states refer to it as deed stamps or deed tax stamps. Taxable deed stamps are collected only once, at the time the deed is submitted for recording.
Who pays the deed transfer tax?
Who Pays Transfer Taxes: Buyer or Seller? Depending on the location of the property, the transfer tax can be paid either by the buyer or seller. The two parties must determine which side will cover the cost of the transfer tax as part of the negotiation around the sale.
Does buyer or seller pay transfer tax?
The realty transfer tax is a joint and several taces in that all parties to the transaction (seller and buyer) are responsible for the payment of the tax. The tax rate is one percent for the state and one percent for the local portion, however, larger localities charge a higher local rate.
Who pays HOA transfer fees buyer or seller?
HOA transfer fees are typically $500 or less and are almost always paid by the seller.
Who pays deed recording fee?
Recording fees: These fees may be paid by you or by the seller, depending upon your agreement of sale with the seller. The buyer usually pays the fees for legally recording the new deed and mortgage.
Who pays for county transfer tax?
The buyer pays the recording fees and the seller pays the county transfer tax, escrow fees and title insurance costs.
Who pays deed stamps at closing?
The party responsible for payment of the documentary stamp tax on a sale is usually determined by the terms of the purchase agreement. However, because the seller is required to provide marketable title to the property, the seller usually pays these taxes.
Who pays title fees at closing?
The home buyer's escrow funds end up paying for both the homeowner's and lender's policies. Upon closing, the cost of the homeowner's title insurance policy is added to the seller's settlement statement, and the lender's title insurance policy is covered by the buyer before closing.
