I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Can you restrict a PDF from being printed?
The “Permissions” setting controls restrictions that can be placed on the PDF file. To prevent printing of a PDF file, uncheck the “Allow the document to be printed” option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled or when a user password is set.
How do I keep formatting when converting PDF to Excel?
Right-click on the highlighted data and click “Export Selection As”, a window will open asking where you want to save the file. Before you save it, change the dropdown menu to XLSX (or whichever excel variant you want) and it should maintain all the original formatting in a fresh Excel file for you.
How do I stop Excel from converting to PDF?
If your issue isn't yet resolved then try going to Page Layout>Print Area>Add print area (now at this stage include 3 more rows in the print area at the bottom) and then>Set print area. Now go to File>Print>Microsoft print to PDF and see whether the complete content is getting included in the print area.
