Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

It has been a little difficult at times but I am computer illiterate so if I can do it or manage to figure it out I think it’s safe to say anyone’s name. I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.

Tons of functionality for a great price. Excellent customer response time.
Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents.
Overall really happy with this product!

Seems easy, but there are still thing that I am not sure how to do. Would like to take more advantage of the website, I am sure there is a lot more I can do with it.

I am able to send out docs for signing and convert from Word to PDf, would love to learn more!
Please contact me for classes- I want to understand the scope of opportunities that I am availed to.
Plus a few specific items like sending a cover letter with the doc.
