Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

How do I print the header on each page?
Click the [Page Layout] tab > In the “Page Setup” group, click [Print Titles]. Under the [Sheet] tab, in the “Rows to repeat at top” field, click the spreadsheet icon. Click and select the row you wish to appear at the top of every page. Press the [Enter] key, then click [OK].
How do you put a header on every page in Word?
Select the header row or rows that you want to repeat on each page. The selection must include the first row of the table. Under Table Tools, on the Layout tab, in the Data group, click Repeat Header Rows.
How do you repeat rows on top of every printout except the last page in Excel?
Open the worksheet you need to repeat rows on top except the last page, then press Alt + F11 keys simultaneously to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications window.
Why is print title greyed out Excel?
On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Print Titles. If the Print Titles ribbon button is grayed out, check to ensure that you're not currently editing a cell or an area chart. Also, check to verify that at least one printer is set up in Windows.
