Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. The thing I like the most about this software is how easy it makes it for us to fill out forms, sign them and send them to other recipients. In my job, I have to be constantly filling out employment verifications and with this software, makes it extremely simple.
