This web site is quick and easy to use and their support is amazing. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

the experience was mostly good, however, when coming from a google doc and putting the document here to convert into a pdf, the drop down tabs that were originally in the google doc did not work- in that way, it was tedious.

I had to work on and sign some pdf documents urgently. I signed up for pdfFiller and, without any instructions, I navigated the software myself and finished my work within an hour.

How do I add a payment link to QuickBooks invoice?
Create an invoice and enter the required information. Make sure the payment options that you want your customer to you to use are enabled in the Online Payment section in the bottom left of the invoice. Review the invoice in the preview area. Click Send.
How do I add a link to my QuickBooks invoice?
Attach your link to QuickBooks invoices and emails Select the Content tab at the top of the screen. Click on the footer area of your invoice on the right-hand side of your screen, this should change what you see on the left-hand side of the screen to the following.
How do I add a Pay Now button to my invoice?
Click on the Gear icon. Choose Account and Settings. In the Payments section, click on Learn more. Complete the company information. You'll then be routed to this QuickBooks Payments page. From there, click on Add QuickBooks Payment.

Turn on payment options Go to Edit and select Preferences. Select Payments and Company Preferences. In the Online payments section, select how you want your customers to pay you online. Then select OK.

From the Invoiced dashboard go to Settings Payments. Click Setup on the payment method you want to accept. Select Intuit Payments as the payment gateway. Click Connect to QuickBooks. Click Authorize connecting Invoiced. You should see that credit card and ACH payments are enabled.
How do I pay an invoice online?
Select the Pay button for the invoice you want to pay. Select a payment date using the Select Payment Date field. Select your credit card or bank account using the Select Payment Method field. Select the Review button.
