I am a slow learner...give me more time.I am 68 and not internet literate. It's better for me to fill out Government Forms through PDF Filler than in my own handwriting. It look very professional and understandable. It's like I got a Secretary. I would like to learn more about faxing and emails.

PDF Filler is great. However, I wish it had some photo cleanup like features. For instance the ability to white out, or clean up shadows, or dark areas, while leaving all printed in black areas in tact.

I found this program on the internet when I needed something to fill a need. I used it and still have some questions as to how and what I can do with it.

I have enjoyed the security features and collaborative document sharing feature with electronic signature, which is crucial to reports in the medical field that are sent between departments safely with required documentation.

Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

What do you like best?
I manage customer service at high tech firms but at home I am just a mom. And every summer I have the nightmare of getting medical forms for kids to summer camps. Usually it is a real pain of printing the form, filling in the info for the kid, scanning it, faxing it to the pediatrician. This time I decided to try PDFfiller which I use at work, and it literally took me 3 min to do two camps! I just imported the medical form pdf, filled it in, and faxed it to the doctor's office right from the app. Nightmare no more :-)
What do you dislike?
Some UI feels non-standard. For example I could only save the pdf in my downloads folder rather than being able to select the folder I wanted.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.
time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures!
Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

How do I create a dynamic prompt table in PeopleS oft?

Save the record as dynamic view type. On the record field property of the address I'd field, set the dynamic view as the prompt table.
What is a prompt table?
Prompt tables are tables that are associated with fields on PeopleS oft application pages and which display valid data values for those fields when a user selects a prompt or search option. The data values stored in prompt tables are retrieved from control tables, transaction tables, or other PeopleS oft tables.

How do I create a dynamic view in PeopleS oft?
Step 1 : Create two views/dynamic views for show the states of US and Canada. Step 2 : Go to record field, in our case it is state field (Right click and select View Definition on the state field on the page). Step 4 : Select Edits tab and then select Table Edit.
Can we build dynamic view in PeopleS oft?
Dynamic View In People soft. Views are a useful feature of SQL databases, letting us create virtual tables based on SQL select statements. PeopleS oft 8 provides the functionality to create dynamic views. We can use dynamic views in People soft pages only because they are People tools objects, not SQL Objects.
What is a dynamic view?
SQL Views are actual database views that you create in Application Designer. To use one, you'll need to build the view into the database and the Component processor refers to the database object whenever you access that SQL view. In contrast, a Dynamic View does not refer to a database object.
