I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. Excellent, Excellent tool for business traveler and mobile home office. Just used it to sign documents while traveling and found it very usefully for my purpose.

It has been pretty good , but right now i'm having a problem because, it wants to verify and send a passcode to my e-mail, but i can not enter it because it is not showing up in my e-mail

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.

I so far love this pdf filler
I so far love this pdf filler, as I can edit old forms I need and add more info. on them. So far it's easier and fast to work with then Adobe PDF text edit.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

The went further and added an offer of a further FREE TRIAL.
If their products are as good as their service, I'll definitely intentionally subscribe at some stage in the future ... after South Africa's political siege they call "Lockdown".
