It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I am sold on it.Thank you.

I really like the ease in using this program. I have tried other PDF software but find them all very awkward to use. I am just not sure about the pricing. I assume I signed up for 12 months? This is a great program and I don't have to hand print documents when most documents are PDF anyway.

PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

My first time with this App and it seems to be a lot different to Adobe, but easier to operate. I have modified 2 pdf file successfully, and so far (as a new user), not too many 'dropped balls'.

Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

I made a mistake and accidentally…
I made a mistake and accidentally signed up for this service. When I got the bill for $96, I was shocked. I thought it was going to be such a hassle and was so pleasantly surprised. I got a full refund within an hour of writing to them with a very nice note.
