What do you like best?
I like that I can fill in forms for all of my taxes, and they are saved permanently for future reference.
What do you dislike?
It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent product for filling in forms, and creating documents.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
taxes. It has been helpful for me for the quarter and yearly tax forms I need to fill out (941, 940, W2's, W3's and 1099's).

Easy and free! Have used it a couple of times to edit some PDFs. Really simple I don't know if its just me but seems like the page gets pretty unresponsive at times

Some frustration with the search option. I was searching for W-2 for 2020. Could not find, so chatted. I'd solved my problem by the time the chat person responded. Today I was looking for a fillable PPP Loan Forgiveness form. It may be there, but the search said no results.

What do you like best? Easy to use when you need a fast, effective solution. What do you dislike? The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and deploy. No licensing to worry about and no updates! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.
