My QuickBooks won't let me print W2's unless I sign up for their payroll service. We have 2 employees! Not worth the expense! With PDFfiller, I was able to print W2's for much more reasonable price!

No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

Definitely Useful
As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient.
PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively.
Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

I have found the software to be easy to use and has features that similar sites don't have. I have not yet spent much time to learn all of its features but I plan to. I would like to create forms and sell them on your platform. I would like to create some form that would allow a business to evaluate and identify its essential functions so that they may operate efficiently in times of, say a global pandemic.

How do you reverse proofread?
Read your work backward, starting with the last sentence and working your way in reverse order to the beginning. Supposedly this works better than reading through from the beginning because your brain knows what you meant to write, so you tend to skip over errors when you're reading forwards. Read your work out loud.
How do you proofread fast?
Start with the assumption that you will find errors. Don't think of proofreading as a safeguard. Use a spell checker, but know its limits. Read out loud. Read backward. Go slow to go fast. Accept the fact that someone will have to do it.
How long does it take to proofread?
How long does proofread take? You should try to leave plenty of time for editing and proofreading, but if you have a hard deadline, it's important to find a service that can deliver on time. Most companies offer various choices of deadline, but it's best to plan a minimum of 24 hours for proofreading.
How many words can you proofread in an hour?
