I have not been able to figure out how to use my mouse and just scroll/roll thru the doc. I have to go to the left and click on page 2, to get to page 2, I can't just use the roller on the mouse to move.

An NODES permit is typically a license for a facility to discharge a specified amount of a pollutant into a receiving water under certain conditions. Permits may also authorize facilities to process, incinerate, landfill, or beneficially use sewage sludge.
What is the purpose of the Nodes?
As authorized by the Clean Water Act (CWA), the NODES Permit Program controls water pollution by regulating point sources that discharge pollutants into waters of the United States. Point sources are discrete conveyances such as pipes or man-made ditches.
Do I need a wastewater permit?
Generally, persons who intend to collect, transmit, treat, dispose or reuse wastewater are required to obtain a wastewater permit. A wastewater permit issued by this department is required for both operation and certain construction activities associated with domestic or industrial wastewater facilities or activities.

A general NODES permit costs $75-$100 each year. An individual NODES permit costs from $530 to a couple of thousand dollars yearly, depending on the design flow, the volume of discharge, number of discharge pipes, and other factors.

How Long is an NODES Permit Valid? NODES permits are valid for up to five years. Facilities must submit renewal applications at least 180 days before their permit expires to allow the issuing agency time to review and renew the permit.
