With some emails back and forth
With some emails back and forth, I was very happy with the outcome of my communication with their team.
I saw another post about the high price tag after the free trial, that is true, maybe both buyers and sellers should look at monthly options for those on fixed incomes.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.

Are employers required to provide training for mandated reporters?
One new requirement is mandatory Child Abuse Reporting and Detection training. Any employees hired after the school year begins must complete the training and provide proof of completion prior to or within the first six weeks of their employment.

Effective January 1, 2018, child care licensee applicants as a condition of licensure and licensees, administrators, and employees must take mandated reporter training within 90 days of beginning employment and biennially thereafter.
