Really came through for me when I was charged a subscription fee. Being a small business owner, things get hectic. I had used it for my taxes and meant to cancel it but forgot. How do I lock a PDF from copying?
Protect PDF from Copying and Editing Go to the “Protect” tab, then click the “Set Password” button. Then select the option of “Permission Password”. Enter your desired password and permissions. Once confirmed, click on “Save” button to apply, and save your PDF file.
How can I protect my documents from being copied?
Click File > Info > Protect Document and select Restrict Editing. Your document then displays a Restrict Editing pane on the right-hand side of the document for formatting and editing restrictions. Here, you can give people permission to read your document, select what parts they can edit, and choose how they do it.
