I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.

Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

I only really have one complaint. When I use it to fill my PDF files, the pop up bubble gets in the way after I click a box so then I have to click somewhere else to see my next option.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

Payment Refund Signed up for free trial with pdffiller and forgot to cancel. When I explained this to pdffiller my payment was returned to my account the same day.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is very easy to use. No experience needed and provided a simple and worry free solution for one of my customers. I have started using it for o create and make changes to forms, contracts, shipping documents and much more. All of my customers are impressed with the fast turn around and the add on service I can provide them with. The program has paid for itself on many occasions.

When uploading some new documents it is not always to change the text to fit my needs.

How long should I keep certificates of insurance?
How long do I keep certificates? It depends on the nature of your organization and where you are located, but in general, certificates should be retained for a minimum of five years.
How long should I keep old insurance policies?
State Laws. State laws vary, but generally require insurance agents to keep copies of their customer's policies for 67 years. Since a nonprofit can't always count on having access to the insurance agent's files when needed, each nonprofit should also maintain copies of expired policies.
Should I shred old insurance policies?
After paying credit card or utility bills, shred them immediately. Also, shred sales receipts, unless related to warranties, taxes, or insurance. After one year, shred bank statements, pay stubs, and medical bills (unless you have an unresolved insurance dispute).
How long should a business keep expired insurance policies?
Most businesses agree that a reasonable retention period for such claims-made policies is approximately six years following the expiration of the tail period. Other policies, such as workers compensation policies, should be retained forever.
How long should I keep important documents?
Store permanently: tax returns, major financial records. Store 37 years: supporting tax documentation. Store 1 year: regular statements, pay stubs. Keep for 1 month: utility bills, deposits and withdrawal records. Safeguard your information. Guard your financial accounts.
Should I keep old insurance cards?
You could turn it back in to the insurance company, but all they will do is throw it away. For the sake of identity protection, you can shred the card or tear it into tiny pieces, but insurance cards do not contain a great deal of personal information, and most people simply drop their old cards in the trash.
Is there any reason to keep old insurance policies?
Experts generally agree if you have renewed a “claims made” insurance policy, you can get rid of the ones preceding it. Because these policies only protect against claims made during the life of the policy, there's no reason to keep them after they have expired. Most U.S. insurance companies write this type of policy.
