It is kind of expensive if you can't afford to pay for the whole year at once but the features and ease of using the program are far better than other programs I've trialed.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

A simple rule for using numbers in writing is that small numbers ranging from one to ten (or one to nine, depending on the style guide) should generally be spelled out. Larger numbers (i.e., above ten) are written as numerals.
Rule 1. Spell out all numbers beginning a sentence. Rule 2a. Hyphenate all compound numbers from twenty-one through ninety-nine. Rule 2b. Hyphenate all written-out fractions. Rule 3a. With figures of four or more digits, use commas. Rule 3b. Rule 3c. Rule 4a. Rule 4b.
LARGE NUMBERS: When large numbers must be spelled out, use a hyphen to connect a word ending in y to another word. Do not use commas between other separate words that are part of one number: twenty. Thirty. Twenty-one. Thirty-one. One hundred forty-three. One thousand one hundred fifty-five. One million two hundred
Spell out numbers below 10 and big round numbers. If you chose to spell out multi-word whole numbers between 22 and 99, use hyphens. Also use hyphens when those numbers are part of bigger numbers. When writing large numerals, use commas.
Numbers up to nine should always be written in words, anything higher than nine can be written in numerals. For larger numbers, it is acceptable to use either numerals or words depending on context (e.g. a thousand people/1,000 people), but you should always use numerals in technical writing, e.g. 200,000 km.
Write the whole dollar amount just as you do on other documents, but leave off the word dollars. Write the cents as digits and then draw a line under the cents figure. Write 100 below this line. Follow the cents figure with a dashed line extending to the right side of the check where the word dollars is printed.
How to read a decimal number that represents an amount of money: the number before the decimal mark (to the left) is the dollar amount and the number after the decimal mark (to the right) is the cent amount. Examples below. $429.75 = four hundred twenty-nine dollars + seventy-five cents.
The first is redundant — you've got $ as a symbol AND as a word. As there are many dollars, and they all use the same $ symbol. If that is the only currency used within the paper then you could state that the currency is US dollars at the start rather than for every amount.
