What do you like best?
Frantically searching for a way to fill out a PDF form without losing all of your work? PDFfiller works great, does just what it says on the tin, and has the best customer service I've experienced with a website.
What do you dislike?
Though I was wary of a paid service at first, their customer service was as helpful as any I've ever experienced and the product works as promised.

Definitely Useful As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient. PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively. Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

Great! I had never made documents interactive before so I had no idea what I was doing. This was so easy to use. I really just needed it for a few documents so there was no reason to keep the subscription. If I needed it though I would not even hesitate to pay for it.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Now that's nice! What do you like best? How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in. What do you dislike? Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.
