The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

easy to upload signature
I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).

What do you like best?
I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller.
