I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

I like the fact that it is a Swiss Army knife type tool that can do editing, signatures, electronic contract signing all in one easy to use package! I use it in several of my small businesses. It is much better in my estimation than the Adobe products......

Necessity for any business
I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing.
What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this.
What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.

It's very easy to log on away from your desk to edit and send a document for a signature. I'm a logistics manager and I'm always on the go and most of the time I get phone calls away from my desk so its handy to be able to pull this software up on my phone to send important documents - especially customs paperwork when zip need to
Nothing! You can pretty much find any document form needed in their library to assist you with your needs. You can even edit the document if need be.
