So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. How do I change the order of pages in a PDF on a Mac?
In Preview, open the PDF.
From the toolbar, click Sidebar to open the sidebar drawer. You will see thumbnails of each page in the PDF.
Click and drag the thumbnail of the page you would like to move to its new location. (Hold down the Command key to select multiple pages.)
Can I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF document and select Tools > Organize Pages > Reorder. All the pages are shown as thumbnail images with page numbers below. Drag and drop each page to the correct location. Change the page order in PDF documents in an organized fashion to avoid confusion with renumbering.
How do I arrange page numbers in a PDF?
Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools > Organize Pages)
Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range.
Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want.

To reorder pages, drag them up or down in the sidebar. To add pages from another PDF, open that PDF and drag the page's thumbnail to the sidebar of the other PDF.
How do I paginate a PDF on a Mac?
Open the Pages document you want to convert.
Click on File from the menu bar.
Scroll down and click on “Export to.” This will bring up the export dropdown menu.
In the “Export to” dropdown menu, scroll to and click on PDF.
