What do you like best?
I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.

There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.

User Friendly Site!
I was thrilled to find a site that would allow me to modify PDF files. Furthermore, being able to save and share the files, once I modified them was extremely helpful. Overall, I found the whole site to be very user friendly.

Very useful program and easy to use
I found pdfFiller online to work with my Chrome browser for work-related documents. I have found it easy to use right away and so far it seems to handle all I need it for.

This is a great program if you need this service. We needed it at one time, but did not realize we could do this on line. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the business of needing documents filled out, signed and delivered.

How can I get a copy of an acceptance letter for as corporation?
Copies. If a corporation does not receive its acceptance letter after 60 days have passed since filing Form 2553, or if the company lost its acceptance letter, the IRS requests that authorized company representatives call the Internal Revenue Service's Business and Specialty Tax Line at 800-829-4933.
How do I get an IRS S Corporation acceptance letter?
Gather documents to prove you sent your S-corporation election to the IRS. Note the date on your proof. Call the IRS at 800-829-4933 between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., local time. Answer verification questions about your business. Request your acceptance letter.
How do I get an S Corp status from the IRS?
To obtain S corporation status under the IRS Code, you must incorporate under the laws of your home state. You can then apply for S corporation status by filing Form 2553. You will then receive a notice from the IRS within 60 days of filing advising whether your request is approved.
Can I check S Corp status online?
But, the S-Corp election is a federal tax issue and is not reported by California. If you're an authorized officer of the corporation in question you can get this info from the IRS. This information is not available to the public.
Is there a way to check to see if an LLC is elected as an S Corp with IRS online?
There is no way to verify that information online. Assuming you are an authorized officer/member of the LLC and can verify your identity with the IRS, you can call, and they will give you that information over the phone.
How do I get a copy of my form 2553?
Call the IRS Business and Specialty Tax department at 800-829-4933. Tell the representative that you need a copy of your corporation's Form 2553. Give the representative your company's name, address and Employee Identification Number, as well as your name and position within the company.

Check S Corp Status. You can check your S corp status relatively easily by contacting the IRS. If you have properly submitted your S corporation form to the IRS and have not heard back, you can call the IRS at (800) 829-4933, and they will inform you of your application status.

If you have not received a response to your S-corp election Form 2553 within 60 days after sending it to the IRS, you may call their business help line at 1-800-829-4933 to check on the status of it.
