It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

How do I resize a photo for a business card?
Double-click on the image to open it in the Paint program. In the Home tab's “Image” group, click Resize, and the Resize and Skew window will open. Select Pixels and uncheck the Maintain aspect ratio inside the Resize and Skew pop-up window. Change the horizontal size to 350 and the vertical size to 200.
What size should an image be for a business card?
A one-business card sized pixel would be 3.5 × 2 inches. That's about 0.29 pixels per inch (at least on the horizontal). The real answer is that pixels are not tied to a physical size. They're just a digital unit of a digital image.
What is the best resolution for a business card?
