When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. How do you change the size of a footnote?
Change the footnote font size, and formatting To change the font, size and formatting of footnotes: Click the HOME tab, and then in the Styles group, click the arrow for more options. Or, press ALT+CTRL+SHIFT’S. At the bottom of the Styles pane, click the Manage Styles button.
