It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Very convenient!
Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.
Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text.
