Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. This program is easier to navigate than the Adobe PDF program. I have used it for many forms that are not fillable and it looks a million times better than my handwriting!!

We no longer had use for product as we are a small Not for Profit Organisation and they canceled our subscription that was automatically renewed and refunded the $'a that was charged. This happened without any issues and thanks to pdFiller for their understanding

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.
