I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. I like it but wish there was an edit instead of erase and text to change something. There may be but I'm not aware of it so a webinar would be very helpful.

If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

I can update items that have been delivered to me in a PDF format that I would have issues with normally.

This program really provides me the opportunity to create the forms and fillable documents that can help speed up my report filling.
I enjoy the different ways to sign and initial different documents that otherwise could not be sent back electronically without several steps. I also have created templates and forms for consistent reports and forms I will be using to help speed up my entries. Thank you I do enjoy the program But I only know a little about it. I wish there was a little more user friendly tutorials.

Good product with a few minor changes
You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you
