I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! I like the form I'm using but the program is difficult to make several additional forms of that particular one. I'm doing it by erasing and refilling. Not sure if that is correct but I guess it is working.

My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

I've been using different apps for years that take me about 15-30 minutes to change one document but with PDFfiller it took me less than two minutes! so worth the yearly fee.
