What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

How do you amend a lease?
Who Can Amend the Lease? When a landlord and tenant sign a lease agreement it forms a legally binding contract. The lease cannot be altered except through another written agreement signed by both parties unless the original lease specifically gives a party the power to change something on their own.
How do you make an amendment to a lease?
You're a landlord who wants to make specific changes to an existing lease. You're a tenant, and you would like to propose certain lease changes to your landlord. You and your tenant have discussed changes to your current lease, and you'd like to formalize the agreement.
How do you create an addendum to a lease?
Adding an Addendum must include the basic elements of any landlord/tenant agreement. Furthermore, you should include the date, the address of the rental property and the names of each party just as you would in the original lease.
Can you change apartment lease after signing?
There is no flip of the switch for backing out of a lease after signing. The best course of action is to clearly communicate to the landlord why you're considering backing out of a lease after signing. The landlord is legally entitled to the rent you've signed on for but that doesn't mean they will try and collect.
What does a lease addendum mean?
A lease addendum has the ability to provide the both parties with negotiated changes and documentation. A lease addendum can also be defined as rental agreement between tenants and landlord wherein, it states all the expectations and rules about your rental period.
What is the difference between an amendment and an addendum?
An amendment is more commonly used than an addendum. In simple words, amendment means making changes in an already existing agreement. On the other hand, Addendum means including an additional document in the already existing one. An amendment can also be called as correcting a document or improving the document.
Can a leasehold agreement be changed?
Leaseholders (tenants) and freeholders (landlords) can vary a lease. Usually it is the leaseholder who wants to change something often because they need to sell the property. Their conveyancing solicitor may have spotted a lease clause that needs to be amended before the property can be sold.
How long does it take to amend a lease?
When can changes be made? Your landlord can change a rental agreement at any time during the term of the agreement, with or without your consent. Changes must be made with adequate notice. Notice periods are 30 days in most states. Changing a lease is harder because both parties must consent to almost any change.
