This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. Does Jotform save automatically?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently there is no autosave feature available on form that save the user responses automatically. In order to save the response, Save and Continue options needs to be enabled in the form. Then once user click on the Save button.

How to save forms and continue later?

How to enable and configure the feature. To enable the option to Allow recipients to save their progress and continue later, navigate to Account Settings > Global Settings > Web Forms. Check the Allow recipients to save their progress and continue later option and Save the page configuration.

How do you save on Jotform?

It is useful for long forms or forms with multiple pages. Enabling Save And Continue Later adds a Save button to your form. The button opens a popup window where form fillers can sign up or log in to Jotform to save and easily manage their sessions or drafts in their account.

Can I turn a Jotform into a PDF?

With Jotform's PDF Editor, you can convert your online form to a PDF format. The PDF Form can be edited before publishing. You can add elements similar to when you create/edit a form in the Form Builder. Once it's ready, you can download and share it with your clients or colleagues for submission.

How do I download a document from Jotform?

How to download uploaded files In Tables page, click the Download All button. Select the specific submission you'd like to download and click the 3-Dot icon. Hover your mouse over the Download option, and click the Download Attachments option. The system will send the zipped files to the registered email on the account.

How to save a document on Jotform?

In the Form Builder, select your Submit button's gear icon to open properties. In the properties pane on the right, go to Advanced at the top. Finally, turn on Save And Continue Later.
