I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.
