I can't verify that my completed forms are actually sent to recipients. Programs keeps requesting me to have my e-mail verified but no code is ever sent to my e-mail.

It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I needed to edit a pdf file that was very long with only few corrections so this program was great.
It was so easy to use...I especailly like the erase too and then the size too to make the correction look good.
nothing.. I liked the entire program. I thought the cost was a little high as I only needed the program for a few weeks and wont be needing it again. So a lower fee for a weekly or monthly use would be good and you may get more users that way too

Thanks to this app I am able to edit my PDFs so easily. This helps a lot in my corporate life. I do not know what I would do without it. my favorite feature is the one that allows me to edit the order of the pages, and merge PDFs together.

It works better than most others I've tried.It is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as I dont use it too often. I dii have an issue with support, but they did finally undertand my query and they fixed it up, with a very good explanation.
