clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

What do you like best?
Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.
