My original reason for joining was just to try the program and use the conversion from PDF to Word feature. Our club has need for developing forms and sign in documentation which I am exploring your features. Not as easy as I would have liked. Good service but some things like filling out spaced letters are more difficult than they should be and paying for the service feels bad.Overall good though, being able to sign online is a nice convenience perk.

Used as a freelance writer/editor who works with lots of PDFs.
It does what it says: helps you easily fill in PDFs. I like the customizable options that work for a variety of PDF formats.

The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!
