I tried it before purchasing. The font, tick box selection and general feel is better, in my opinion, than that I have experienced with Adobe. My abilities are significantly challenged due to illness. The PDF document that I have to use presents with problems when I run it in other edit utilities. A good product
A good product. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Allows you to edit documents in a relatively user-friendly and intuitive way. No real complaints, but it also didn't blow my socks off or anything, so 4/5.

A life saver
pdfFiller has helped me to make easier my load of work and without I might be stressing a lot.
What I like most about this software is the ease of use, as an educator I need to use PDF's everyday and this software helps me a lot with that.
The free trial is good but then you need to pay for another features.

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

What do you like best?
Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

Why is Microsoft Word not saving documents?
To fix the problem, be sure to select all text in your document and copy it to the clipboard. Now restart Word and open a new document. Paste the contents of the clipboard to the new document, and you should be able to save it without issues.
How do I save merged letters?
Go to File > Save. When you save the mail merge document, it stays connected to your mailing list for future use. To reuse your mail merge document, open the mail merge document. Choose Yes when Word prompts you to keep the connection.
