The stars did not appear on this survey, so nothing is marked; however, this was and still is a great service, and is very much needed as it is a very helpful tool in filling out forms that do allow computer input. :-)

I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

PDFfiller gave me a refund and was very prompt in doing so when I stated I didn't not want to keep the service subscription. They were very nice about it with no drama. Create, edit or convert your pdf files.
Occasionally I have had to extract some images of pdf files, for which this program has helped me and pleasantly surprised, since the process is very fast and the conversion of the file to images is quite fast and of good quality. Also in some moments I had to create some PDFs myself from photographs or text files, I have also in this process pdffil has been very useful, showing a very good performance and rapids

I have been help a lot with PDF filler! I can read, analyze, summarize, and even extract text and data from PDFs. If one need specific information pulled out, like tables, certain sections, or individual words, I can help with that too. And if you’re creating or editing a PDF, one can be assisted with formatting suggestions, content organisation, or even generating the text.
If the PDF is complex or full of visuals, one can offer general descriptions, but it's harder for me to "see" the images in it. Overall, whether it’s processing, creating, or editing text-based content in PDF filler ,can be a solid resource.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

How do you store credit cards on file?
Know that if you accept credit or debit cards, PCI Security Standards apply to you. Partner with a PCI-compliant payment processor, such as Stripe or Square. Use secure forms and appropriate form fields for collecting card data.
Can you keep credit cards on file?
Credit card numbers should not be kept on file as a general practice. The credit card number must be filed in a secure location, in a safe or under lock and key. Credit card numbers must not be stored electronically, i.e. in a spreadsheet, database, or anywhere on a computer and/or network.
Is it legal for a company to keep your credit card on file?
PCI Securities Standards Council While there are no federal or state laws that make having copies of customer credit cards stored in an office illegal, doing so can put you on the wrong end of the stick with credit card companies.
Is it okay to write down credit card numbers?
NEVER physically write down any credit card information unless you are explicitly required to do so as part of your business processes. The CVV/CVC (three or four digit validation code on the back of the card) the PIN (personal identification number)
Can a merchant store credit card information?
Another way to store information is to use a merchant service that allows you to store credit cards in their system, usually online.
