If no signature has been previously stored on the device, tap Create Signature, or to replace an existing signature, tap Clear Saved Signature and re-tap > Create Signature. Sign a piece of paper. Scan the paper. Crop down to the best signature. Use the magic wand to select the area around the signature. Paste the signature into a new document with a transparent background. Save the image in a format that supports transparent backgrounds.
Sign your name on a blank sheet of printer paper. Scan the paper to PDF. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Open Microsoft Paint. Press Ctrl + v on your keyboard to paste the screen shot from step 3. Click the select tool in Paint.
All you have to do is open your document, click “Tools," then click "Fill & Sign." Click the “Sign" button in the toolbar and you'll be prompted to type, draw or use an image of your signature.
