I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. The mobility of PDF filler is its greatest asset in addition the ability to sign directly on a mobile device is incredible the website navigation is good on average the speed of being able to execute a PDF signed document is also good

i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

I'm not very tecey. But I managed to get things done. Going to try another sheet filled.
I plan on getting hold of Customer Care Resolution, to help me. This program has been very helpful with making my family genealogy organized.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to modify PDFs and being able to protect them
What do you dislike?
Not being able to upload more than five pages at a time
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

Amazing product, highly recommend. I did have some slight issues that was a little frustrating, but I used another tool and It worked amazing. Thanks!
