I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

I really like this app

Overall, pdfFiller has been a great tool for me. It's saved me so much time and hassle, and I'm really happy with the results. Highly recommend!
I've been using pdfFiller to fill out documents for a while and I have to say that I'm very impressed with its ease of use! It's incredibly straightforward and makes it so easy to fill in the blanks on forms. Plus, they have a wide selection of templates that make my job even easier!
The only downside to pdfFiller is that the free version has some limited features. If you need more robust features, you'll have to upgrade to the premium version.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. We are an accounting office in Kansas and we have quite a few clients that are out of town and this program allowed us to get signatures with out having the clients come into the office multiple times. I would defiantly recommend this program! We are a small firm so the basic package works for us and it is a reasonable price and the customer service is great, prompt and knowledgeable.
