I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

Great Tool!
This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

How can I sign a PDF on my iPhone?
Open a document you want to sign.
Select Fill & Sign on the top toolbar.
Tap Signature.
To add your own signature, tap Create New Signature.
If you need another person to sign a PDF, select Customer Signature.
Scribble your signature.
Can you unsecure a secured PDF file?
Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
Can you sign a PDF document on iPhone?
