Back in the day we needed a typewriter to fill-in the boxes. But, today, it is a must have to fill-in the boxes on various forms with the pdf filler and be able to complete your business work. I just love having this program to help me get my work completed!

What do you like best?
We use it to generate fillable forms for customers - it works very well whether inserting date or image.
What do you dislike?
The document management part is a bit confusing. It can be difficult to work with templates vs documents, and with shared templates or documents.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFFiller has made generation of forms - both using their web app and API, extremely productive for our operations team.

ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

Very useful app for editing documents!
It is very easy to use on a desktop or mobile device. It eliminates the need for printing & filling in documents by hand!
I have not experienced any features that could use improving while using pdf filler.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away.
