PDFFiller is a great tool! I have been very happy being able to fill in documents without having to print the document, then handwrite the answers on the document, so I could then scan it back in to my computer to send it off via email.

took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.

How do I get a home school affidavit?
Go to the online affidavit form. Enter the requested information. When you have completed the form, click on the “Submit Form” button to save and submit the information. Ensure that a confirmation page appears. Print and retain the affidavit for your records.
How do I file an affidavit for homeschooling?
If you need to file your affidavit and cannot do so electronically, you have two choices. First, you may request a paper PSA from the state. To receive a paper PSA, e-mail privateschools@cde.ca.gov or call (916) 445-7331.
How do I register as a homeschooler?
Locate your state homeschool group. Locate your local support group. Join other homeschoolers online. Subscribe to a home school magazine. Read “how to” books about homeschooling. Locate curriculum providers. Go to your local teacher's store. Attend your first curriculum fair.
Does the state pay for homeschooling?
The government does not pay for homeschooling and your family is responsible for the expenses associated with home school. However, there are public schools who have schooling from home. Because this is still public school (just completing the courses at home), the costs are covered the same was as any public school.

Where can I get an affidavit?
If there is no court form of affidavit available for your needs, you can search for affidavit forms either online or at your local county law library. Although these affidavit forms are unofficial, it is appropriate to use such forms when there is no court form specified for use.
How do I get an affidavit?
To obtain an affidavit, write out the statements to which you want someone to swear in affidavit format. Have the person review the statements and, if they're true and accurate, that person should sign the affidavit before a notary public. Affidavits are executed under penalty of perjury.
