very intuituve. quick and easy to learn. i operate mobily so i like the fact that i can use it on any of my 4 computers any where in the world. Very easy to drop text in. I like the erase and highlight feature. I tried at least 6 other platfroms and they were too dificult to use.

It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

Although I do find it a bit difficult to find some of the forms that I am searching for I do like the program completely because it offers me the flexibility to take care of my business and to edit the necessary forms needed for my work. But I wish you would get a larger database of forms and templates for us to draw upon.

How do I prove my identity to the IRS?
Call the number in the upper corner of the 5071C letter to speak to someone at the agency. Answer a series of questions at id verify.IRS.gov. The questions will be related to your contact information and information from last year's tax returnlike your adjusted gross income.
Can I verify my identity for IRS online?
The IRS offers only two ways to verify your identity: Online at the IRS Identity Verification Service website. By phone at the toll-free number listed on your 5071C Letter.
How long after I verify my identity with IRS?
The IRS Website says If you did file the return, please know it will take approximately 6-9 weeks to process your return once you verify your identity. Based on what we see and hear from people every year.
Why do I have to verify my identity with IRS?
If the IRS suspects that a tax return with your name on it is potentially the result of identity theft, the agency will send you a special letter, called a 5071C Letter. This letter is to notify you that the agency received a tax return with your name and Social Security number, and it believes it may not be yours.
What kind of questions does the IRS ask to verify identity?
They'll ask you to provide your Social Security number, your driver's license number if you have one, and a copy of your birth certificate. The IRS will likely ask you questions about last year's tax return, such as what your adjusted gross income was, for further proof that it is you.
What happens after IRS ID Verify?
If the verification proves you are the person named on the tax return, it will be processed. It takes about 6 weeks to complete processing after successful verification. The return will be rejected and investigated as identity theft/tax fraud if: Verification fails to confirm your identity or that you filed the return.
How long does it take for IRS to verify identity?
Once we verify your identity and confirm you submitted the tax return, we'll continue processing your return. It will take approximately nine weeks to process.
How long does it take to get refund after verification?
Your tax return will be processed after it's verified as legitimate. There's no need to resubmit your return or to make any additional payments. It can sometimes take as long as nine weeks to process your return after your identity has been confirmed.
