What do you like best?
This is available everywhere where you go. You do not have to take your computer or have a software installed on your laptop. You can access it from anywhere else. In addition, it is very user friendly to navigate through the platform to accomplish what you would like to do.

So simple to use
I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again..
I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service..
So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..

Works well with scanned pdfs to
You can wite-out on the page when you need to change some data. You can highlight, it has most features like other pdf programs.
The time it takes to upload takes longer than with adobe acrobat.

I have used PDF filler often to complete PDF forms. The program is very user friendly. I love it!
I love the ease of use it creates when completing documents. It takes the hassle out of completing some of the complicated documents.
I really don't have any negative feedback about the software. Sometimes the text of the document overlaps and I have not figured out how to avoid that from happening.

Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.

Do initial Cobra notices need to be mailed?
COBRA ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES PROPER DELIVERY OF NOTICES. The initial (or general) notice containing information about COBRA rights and responsibilities, which must be provided to the employee and spouse within 90 days of when the employee first becomes covered under the plan.
Do Cobra notices have to be mailed certified?
Employers should send notices by first-class mail, obtain a certificate of mailing from the post office, and keep a log of letters sent. Certified mailing should be avoided, as a returned receipt with no delivery acceptance signature proves the participant did not receive the required notice.
Do Cobra notices have to be mailed?
Notices properly mailed are generally considered provided on the date sent, regardless of whether they're actually received. 1. COBRA Initial Notice must be provided. Within 30 days after the employee first becomes enrolled in the group health plan.
How long does an employer have to send out a cobra notice?
The initial notice of rights and benefits in the health plan is required within 90 days of the employee's coverage. If there are changes to the plan, the employer must give notice within 210 days after the year in which the changes take place.
