easy to use easy to use, it would be good if you could copy text and paste it i might not have worked out how to do that yet if its there, and insert signature would be helpful, that might be there already but i couldnt find it otherwise its easy to use and easy to send documents

Click History in the left navigation bar. Select the order you want to prepare a Return Shipping Label for. Click Create Return Label. The Return Label window will open. Then select Continue. Choose who will email the label. Select Send.
Is there a way to send a prepaid shipping label for a return? You can go to stamps.com or USPS.com and purchase a return label (however no first class option unless you have an account with them). If you have PayPal account, you can purchase a label there.
Log in to FedEx.com on your web-enabled smartphone. Select “Create Shipment.” Enter your user ID and password. Enter your shipping information. Select the “Send a Mobile Shipping Label” option at the bottom of your screen. Enter an email address for yourself or someone else. Click “Ship,” which will generate a barcode.
What is a Prepaid Return Shipping Label? A prepaid return shipping label includes the sender and recipient address for the package, plus proof of the paid postage and a barcode for the mail carrier to scan the package into the mainstream. The good news is: you don't need to prepay for a prepaid return shipping label.
At usps.com choose Mail & Ship from the blue bar, then choose Print & Ship. At this point you will need to create an account. It's easy and free. Then back at Print & Ship fill in your details, and when done you can purchase your label.
Load the shipping label onto its own tab or window. Decide which file type to save the label as. Convert the shipping label to a PDF. Address an email to your customer. Attach the label to your email.
Sign in to your FedEx account, or, if you don't have one, register online. In the Ship tab, select Create Shipment. In the FedEx Ship Manager, select Prepare Shipment and then select Create Return Shipment.
Place the labels on the address side of the package. Do not fold the labels over package edges. Use clear shipping tape to securely affix labels on all four sides and to cover address areas. Do not tape over the “Postal Use” area on the Express Mail label, the barcodes, or the stamps.
