Just started so not a lot of feedback yet. It would be nice to be able to review who I sent documents for e-signatures too, so that if I can determine whether or not I made a mistake and have to redo the whole document, or if I have to tell the client to look in their spam folder, or what. Thanks!

The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.

What do you like best?
I work remotely, don't have a staff or colleagues at my finger tips and find myself in constant need of sending out advertising agreements in an efficient manner. I have the ability with PDF filler to quickly revise and add to routine contracts efficiently.
What do you dislike?
The process, of saving and downloading revisions sometimes requires extra clicks and can be simplified.

I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Can you photocopy a title?
Title photocopy of the title document is not acceptable. Vehicle/Vessel Transfer and Reassignment Form (REG 262)A photocopy of a REG 262 is not acceptable, even if used only as a power of attorney. A document altered from its original context and then copied is never acceptable.
Is it safe to give photocopy of land title?
Technically, no. But practically, possibly yes. You cannot complete the transfer of ownership of a property via sale, using only a photocopy of the Certificate of Title. They still try to sell real estate they either don't own, or don't have the authority to sell.
Can sale deed be misused?
It is more difficult today to misuse an original deed, but it can still happen. In that case, if the lawyer who prepared the deed discovers the heirs are selling it remembers he prepared a deed giving it someone else — he can intercede.
What is annotation in land title?
Title annotations and property encumbrances. It is a notice to the whole world that the property is subject to a pending court litigation or adverse claim involving ownership or possession. A property with this annotation may be sold, but the purchaser buys it subject to the outcome or result of the litigation.
Can someone be on the title and not the mortgage?
It is possible to be named on the title deed of a home without being on the mortgage. However, doing so assumes risks of ownership because the title is not free and clear of liens and possible other encumbrances. If a mortgage exists, it's best to work with the lender to make sure everyone on the title is protected.
How much does a copy of a deed cost?
You do not have to pay any kind of fee for getting a copy of property deed. However, if you hire a professional agency, you will have to pay them fees, which can often range up to $100.
Can the bank give me a copy of my title?
Go to the Lender's Office To get the title quickly, you may be able to go to an office of the lender with the buyer to make the final payment and get a copy of the title. This is an efficient way to close out the loan, get the lien off of the title, get paid for the vehicle and transfer ownership to the buyer.
Does the bank have my car title?
Most lenders will hold the title of the vehicle for the entire duration of the car loan. After the loan is paid off, the lender removes itself from the title and sends a copy of the document to the owner.
