Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. The site is very easy to navigate. I'm a novice when it comes to anything to do with forms, etc. Your site is so easy because it's intuitive. It just makes sense about what to do next, no hunting around trying to figure what the site builders were thinking. Easy peasy.

It's very easy to use. Also the customer service is exceptional. Very responsive to My questions. When I decided I didn't need it anymore, they processed my cancellation quickly and easily.

When I first started using PDFfiller (couple of years ago) I wasn't impressed with it - it could have been because of a lack of experience. I had problems with lining up numbers or letters within the document. However, now it is a breeze and this program is great. I am beginning to depend on it a lot. Bottom line - it is a great product.

No Complaints but this survey popped up in the middle of drafting in the middle of the night. It would have been nice if it comes up later in the drafting.

I love not having to print forms, then fill them out and scan them. So much time, ink and paper wasted. Using PdfFiller I just upload the document, fill it out and send. Super easy.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.
